The Great Commission

“Go into all the world, and proclaim the gospel to every creature” is the Great Commission as recorded in the last chapter of the Book of Mark – Mark 16:15. This a direct command for every believer, not just pastors and Christian leaders, but for everyone to actively engage and share the Gospel in their daily walk with family, friends, co-workers, neighborhoods, and among strangers. Jesus emphasizes that it’s God’s primary way to reach people and a sacred trust, urging followers of Jesus Christ to be willing to share their stories and testimonies, bridging the gap with others to connect and communicate this Truth.

The Great Commissioneveryone is called

The Great Commission is a command that is NOT just for missionaries and church pastors. No. This commandment spoken by Jesus calls out for all people with breadth in their lungs to go into the world.

The Great CommissionDon’t Hesitate, Don’t Wait

It’s our job is to go to the world, and not wait for the world to come to us.

The Great CommissionGod’s Engage Method

Engaging people, sharing the Gospel is God’s method to save people, focusing attention on the need for verbal communication and bridging the gap to connect with others. God wants us to be active in sharing the gospel, and not be furniture in a church doing nothing.

The Great CommissionSacred Trust

Followers of Jesus Christ have been entrusted with this command to obey and share the Gospel, and invest their lives in evangelism.

The Great CommissionOvercome Fear

Sharing the Gospel is not optional, and is a life-saving responsibility no different than rescuing someone from drowning in the water. We must act on what we have learned and received from reading the Word of God, Mark 16:15, as an urgent call for every Follower of Jesus Christ to wake up, engage, and be an active witness in fulfilling the Great Commission, sharing the love and hope of Jesus wherever they are.

Homeless Missions
The mission field is alive and kicking around the globe, but God's call to serve in our own backyard and neighborhood is a greater cry that we must answer with passion. There is no need to grab our luggage from the closet to go to another part of the world to do missions when homelessness continues to grow widespread in the United States. It's everywhere. Proclaim Shirts supports homeless missions in the United States. With each shirt purchase, Proclaim Shirts takes out (not adds) a minimum of 10% to be given to a homeless shelter, homeless ministry, or homeless person directly. We have a deep respect, admiration and love for those who are willing to obey God, and “GO!” to local places and serve the homeless.
