AnswersWhat bible translation is used?

Proclaim Shirts uses the English Standard Version (ESV) for most bible scripture, but New Living Transition, NIV, and others are used as well to get the message clear and easy to read.

AnswersCan I request a custom shirt?

Yes. If you do not see your favorite bible verse, PROCLAIM SHIRTS will make it for you at NO additional charge with 20 colors and 8 shirt sizes. There are no minimums and no obligation to purchase. Send us an email at requests@proclaimshirts.com, and we’ll get started within the hour building your bible verse shirt. In your email provide us with your bible chapter and verse(s), and preferred translation, such as ESV, NIV, KJV, NKJV, etc. If you don’t provide us with a specific translation, PROCLAIM SHIRTS uses the English Standard Version (ESV) for all it’s bible verses. AnswersWhat payment methods do you accept?

Proclaim Shirts uses Stripe Payment Processing to accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) along with PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. We are in the process of expanding our payment services to different currencies and additional third party services to ship around the world.

AnswersAre these shirts true to size?

Yes. Proclaim Shirts are a unisex fit that run true to size. Please review the sizing chart before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. You can learn more about the shirt specifications at our Design Page.

AnswersWill my Proclaim Shirt shrink?

To maintain the quality and minimal shrinkage of your Proclaim Shirt, machine wash cold inside-out on a gentle cycle. Use non-chlorine bleach only if necessary, and avoid fabric softeners. Tumble dry on a low cycle or hang-dry for longer life. Use cool iron inside-out and do not iron directly on the print. We guarantee minimal shrinkage if instructions are followed. These methods ensure the 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton fabric stays soft and the shirt retains its shape. You can learn more about care and washing instructions at our Design Page.

AnswersDo you have v-neck shirts?

No. We do not offer v-neck shirts.

AnswersMy shirt does not fit correctly. Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Please contact our office via email or call our office, and a member from our team will get a new shirt out to you immediately. Please visit our Design Page to see available sizes and specs.

AnswersI received my shirt and changed my mind. Can I get my money back?

Yes, only if the shirt is not worn nor damaged. Please contact our office via email or call our office, and a member from our team will initiate a refund. The only cost to you will be mailing the shirt(s) back to us.

AnswersDo you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship all over the world. If you live in remote location that requires extra attention to mailing, please contact our office via email or call our office, and a member from our team will get a new shirt out to you immediately before purchasing a shirt.
